This Stack Monitoring Kit is a basic instrument used for particulate matters (PM) under isokinetic conditions and gaseous pollutants in flue gas emitted from the stack / Chimney. The offered Stack Monitoring Kit is designed and manufactured as per the set industry norms using quality approved components with the help of advanced technology.

Technical Specifications
- Stack Temperature Range: - 0 - 600 C K type read on a digital pyrometer.
- Stack Velocity range: - 3 to 60m/sec.
- Particulate Sampling:- 0 - 30lpm for SPM
- Filter Thimble: - collection of particulates down to 0.3 micron.
- Gaseous Sampling: - 0 - 3lpm collection on set of Borosilicate glass impingers Rota meter acrylic Body with 2% accuracy.
- Pitot tube: - Pitot tube modified S-type fabricated from SS 304 or equivalent grade. Piot tube 0.6 meter, extendable up to 1.2 meter.
- Sampling Probe: - sampling probe fabricated from SS 304 tube. Suitable to hold either cellulose filtration thimble size (28mm ID X 100 long) or Glass micro fiber thimble size (19mm ID X 90mm long).
- Nozzles: - A set of 3 Stainless steel nozzles. Nozzles fabricated with SS 304. The leading edge of the nozzles have sharp and tapered.
- Thermocouple: - Thermocouple sensor provided with analog or digital dial gauge capable of measuring temperature from 0 - 600 C covered with steel casing.
- Rota meters: - 0 - 30lpm for SPM Particulate Monitoring and 0 - 3lpm For Gaseous Monitoring.
- Stop-Watch: - 0 - 60 minutes, one sec. readout with hold facility.
- Impinger: - Four number 120ml (silica Gel) and 240ml (PM) PVC and 120ml (Gaseous) 2 Nos. Facility for keeping ice at bottom of impinger box.
- Vacuum pump: - vacuum pump is rotary design, with capacity 60lpm gas flow with single phase motor, 220V. Vacuum pump assembly with electric cord more than 3m. Long.
