Stack Monitor Equipment can be used to measure total emission of particulate matter and gaseous pollutants from the stacks of almost all types of industries including Thermal Power Stations, Steel Plants, Chemical Plants and Cement Industry. In its simplest form, it can be used to take accurate representative samples of particulate matter and various gaseous pollutants such as SO2, NOx etc. Features:

 Stack Temperature Range: - 0 - 6000C K type read on a digital pyrometer.
 Stack Velocity range: - 3 to 60m/sec.
 Particulate Sampling:- 0 - 30lpm for SPM  Filter Thimble: - collection of particulates down to 0.3 micron.
 Gaseous Sampling: - 0 - 3lpm collection on set of Borosilicate glass impingers Rota meter acrylic Body with 2% accuracy.

 Rota meters: - 0 - 30lpm for SPM Particulate Monitoring and 0 - 3lpm For Gaseous Monitoring.
 Stop-Watch: - 0 - 60 minutes, one sec. readout with hold facility.
 Impinger: - Four number 120ml (silica Gel) and 240ml (PM) PVC and 120ml (Gaseous) 2 Nos. Facility for keeping ice at bottom of impinger box.
 Vacuum pump: - vacuum pump is rotary design, with capacity 60lpm gas flow with single phase motor, 220V. Vacuum pump assembly with electric cord more than 3m. Long.

Product Details:

Our product is used for measurement of nitrogen Oxides emitted by a stationary source. This equipment consists of a round bottom glass flask fitted with a 3-way stopcock. Our flask is encapsulated with PE foam and is housed in an elegant wooden box. A 3-way stopcock helps in evacuating flask, flushing sample line, and collecting NOx sample in an evacuated flask. Nox Apparatus is also provided with a provision to connect a vacuum gauge and a thermometer.
